With regard to the reported statement by your spokesperson, Mr Mava Scott, I trust that you have taken steps to prosecute Mr Floyd Shivambu, for illegally obtaining and publishing the 'Secret' Intelligence Report into SARS. It is SOLELY through his actions and those of the EFF, that this report is now in the public domain. How can you now threaten other South Africans with legal action in terms of the Protection of Information Act? If you do not do your job you will become tainted with being complicit with the subversion which is currently sweeping South Africa and undermining any attempt at normality in this country.
