How could you even think of reopening schools? I'm a substitute teacher, not there for the pay check, but for the passion. Do you not take the lives of the teachers and learners into consideration? Has all your experience taught you that money and learning are more important than teaching in the classroom? How do you teach with 50+ learners in a single classroom? How do you cope with the rise in deaths of teachers? How do you cope with the rise of comorbidity teachers? This will not work!!. 3 weeks and it's back to level 4. It's a waste of time. Settle in another one or 2 weeks of level 4 whereby teachers are expected to work, but learners stay home, whilst teachers prepare for their return. It will ease and make everything better for teachers and learners that way.
