Good day Minister of Basic Education

Please don't let our teachers and children die. Since the reopening of schools for Gr 7/12. Schools have been closing constantly due to positive cases of Covid. The educators are the one who have to screen children every morning. The are lines of learners everyday lining to be screened. How do you think it takes educators to screen all children, then they still need to go to class and teach, they are tired already.

The when the is a positive case schools must close so really there is jot much teaching happening, I know, I have two high schools close to me. And the is no social distancing, imagine when u opening all the other grades, teachers and learners will fall down like flies. This is a major disaster waiting to happen. We know and understand schooling must happen but nothing is happening right now because they open the close open the close its disrupting the schooling process.

I really think you need revisit the opening of schools for now. People are going to die like flies and unfortunately you will be blamed for it, as its already started. Please Minister its a disaster, let's save lives. Academic year its worth people's lives. Please please I plead with you to reconsider. And this applying for home schooling is not going to work.
