My daughter tested positive for Covid on Monday and sent the results to campus but they insist that she writes her exams on Monday or December. If she writes in December she wastes a whole year. By the way she contracted the virus on campus as we are all isolating at home due to the surge so none of us have been out in about a month.
This is not acceptable. We have requested that she write online or a week later so the quarantine period can be over. PLEASE CLOSE SCHOOLS AND CAMPUSES FOR THE SAKE OF OUR CHILDREN AND THE COMMUNITY. We are in Tshwane which has the highest infection rate.
