Hi I want to take concern to this matter
I'm a grade 8 learner at phl moraka high school in hammanskraal
We have a lot of issues regarding school regulations first issue is that we don't have tracksuit for school but for other schools they do and since it is winter is very much cold we are only allowed to wear grey school pants why I don't know but uniform store they have tracksuit which are in our school uniform color but we are not allowed to buy even if its cold at least can we buy it since its the same color as our school uniform

Second issue ,we are not allowed to braid our hair but we don't know the reason first things first why don't they allow us to braid our its cold now we want to braid our hair so it doesn't fall off and so we don't feel cold on our heads ,but teachers are allowed to wear wigs ,braid hair atleast can we braid our hair please
