Good day

We are in a very difficult situation as the country however I find the schools being so selfish and not caring for parents during this time. My kids are scholars at private schools and we are still paying full school fees while on lockdown ,and we as parents are incurring more costs to try and assist scholars to continue with the syllabus. Yes I do understand that educators need to earn a living however during lockdown period there are no school maintenance and other costs that are mostly covered by school fees. I appeal to your and your department to look at the below suggestions as :

Have a % of school fees discounts based on the number of days we have been on lockdown, and this must be implemented to both private and public schools.

Re-imburse scholars that have been on online classes with their teachers

Load data on scholars cellphones so that they can continue with their online learning

Tablets/or cellphones must be provided in a schools.
