Dear Siviwe Gwarube, in America all scholar transport are painted yellow and written scholar transport on each side. So, why is it South Africa's scholar transport is unmarked?

Please propose that all scholar transport be painted the same color. If taxi owners want the tender then they must comply. Drivers must be vetted by the department of basic education. Too many of our learners have lost their lives. I trust you and I know you can do it. Thank you Ms. Gwarube
