Dear MP, there has been a revalation at the SCA that the JSC unjustly favoured President Maya on the DCJ Interviews and concealed an objection by a litigant who sge was biased against.
SCA President Maya & SCA Justices deliberately prejudged an Urgent Application lodged in 2019 but frustrated until October 2020.
The URGENT Application was lodged by a homeless, unrepresented and indigent litigant to favor, against the decision of the late KZN High Court Judge Mnguni who was to act at the SCA as of 2021 October.
As a result thst litigant remains homeless and dispossessed of all his goods since 2018. And further more was diagnosed with a chronic illness in April 2021.
