We are in dire need of your help. Sassa has approved our applications and we even have payment dates and we have not received any money. We have gone through the process of enquiring and we have waited. It has been two years and the outstanding funds haven't been received by us, after the sassa offices told us to open a tyme bank account and outstanding money would be transferred. We have no money to keep going to the offices and they are always sending us somewhere else or the system is offline. My sister and I along with a few other people are experiencing this problem and the government seems to not care or bother to reply.

Can you please help us because we need help urgently.
