Dear Minister Tolashe,
I write this message to you with regards to the Sassa Grants. Firstly I have tried calling every Sassa Office in All THE PROVINCES. Not one number is available ie number does not exist including the Gauteng Head Office and the Pretoria office. Numbers get diverted to cell phones which are not answered. When you call the call centre number they continually have a recording to say they are extremely busy and to call back later - this has happened for 1 week. The Department of Social Development - number does not exist.
How can the poor and vulnerable be expected to communicate with the Department responsible for grants?
