Dear Nokuzola G Tolashe,I am so disappointed with some officials at your Dobsonville Sassa office.We are told to come at their offices at 7.00am in the morning and they start operating at 8.00 am if we're lucky.They are always on their personal mobile phones and talking about personal stuff.Today they told us their systems were down as there was no electricity and they sent us to Roodepoort Sassa offices were the service was disgusting.The was a lady who was combing her hair and putting on make up and she didn't give a damn about citizens who went there for help.After attending to one person the official will leave her/his work station without any explanation.There were 2 ladies who really helped people but the rest of them are just there for salaries.I think their managers are scared of them and that's why they don't care.How do explain to citizens that we can't help you after 3.00pm because the systems shut down at 4.00pm.You really need to come with a solution to sort your staff members.Their friends come late and they get attended to whilst we spent more than 8 hours without any help.
