I hope you are well. I'm a pensioner and I live in the Roodepoort area. The SASSA office in Roodepoort is really awful. People are rude the area is unsafe. Because of this I tried the SASSA online portal to do my old age grant. It works well but I get, an error message when I submit it. If I tell you I have logged 6 calls, sent emails one after the other, they acknowledge them but no one reports back to me with help. Their toll free number never gets answered. I tried every one of their numbers and not one is answered. I am so frustrated now because I having been trying for a week to speak to a human.
Please can someone with a heart help me.
