GOOD DAY SIR/MADAM

i am writing this letter today due to my concern that my two children are not getting any grants from sassa.i tried to apply again in 01 0ctober 2016 till to date nothing has happened.i alaways go to sassa offices and ask about the matter and the only answer that i am getting is that i am still under investagations, of what i dont know.i am a lady of 35 years of age and was married but unfortunately my husband past on in march 2016 now i am a widow. ever since from 2011 i am unemployed and we were depanding on my husband salary.now we had to move out from our house because i am unemployed and do not afford to take care of my children finacially. so please if you can help us to get my children some suport grant like any other child in south africa .that could help a lot as now we living with my parents and they also not working or getting any social grants from the government.please we need help please.my children are at school and i can not afford to do anything for them.
