- SASSA CARD PIN PROBLEM

My wife's new Sassa card (gold, visa, debit) need to have its pin reset. On 7 August 2018 we queued at the Sassa office in Pretorius str from 6:00 am until 11:30, just to be told that we have to go to a post office. They gave us a list of names and we chose Hatfield Post Office. After having queued there for one and a half hours on 14 August 2018, we were told to go to Sassa. We are in the dark now as to what to do. We phoned 080 080 0160, but they could assist us only with resetting the old card. What should we do to get it done?
