Dear sir/madam

It is with great regret that I wrote you this email. I hope someone can help me with my issue.
I've been without electricity since December 26th. I have been to eskom numerous times. I've been trying to send emails to the managers and so on. I have phoned them and was at our multiple purpose ,but with no luck.

In February eskom send two people out . They only looked at the meter box and said they don't have meter boxes and went away.

Since then I heard nothing. Please can someone assist me regarding this issue. It's not nice being without electricity as you might know
