I would like to find out from the head of police what steps should I take to resolve a matter that I feel is not being acted on accordingly or let me rather say it's not taken seriously enough because it might be a minor issue, but I have lost a lot of money through fraudulent activity from someone I have met via Google. I reported this case almost two months ago, and up till today all I have received was a case number mentioned above and the sergeant's name appointed to my case, I have not heard a word or should I rather say, this sgt. has never contacted me.
Please can someone get in contact with me. All my details is at Parow Police Station, Western Cape.
