I hope this email finds you well, I am not sure where I should send my complain please send it to the relevant department if this is not right one and copy me when you do that.

I am sending this email on behalf of my brother, I do not understand how does the head office does its selection for SAPS trainees. My brother successful completed and passed all the steps that were required for him to join the SAPS training he was promised that he will be on the last batch that was going to the college in February 2024 he never received any call and the other group has left for training. The local police station says they do not do the selection process the process is done in Pretoria head office and now we do not know who to contact.

What is the criteria for selection when you have completed all the steps that were required in order to qualify for SAPS training and you were told that you must now wait for the call to go to college training what changed in that process and why there is no proper communication from the SAPS side and he is not the only one and this is frustrating.
