Dear honorable Mr Malatsi.

I am writhing this as a SAPO employee who is concerned about my retirement fund.

I understand that from the 1st September 2024 the pension fund Two pot system was activated and is in place as per the new signed constitution.

My problem is that the post office employees are told that you are siting with a document that you must sign to activate our two pot system. The Sanlam is telling SAPO employees That they are still waiting for your signature to activate and allow employees to withdraw from their savings pot.

It is unfair for you to treat the general citizens of the democratic Republic of South africa in this manner. SAPO employees has not been getting salary increase for more that five years now, yet we all know that after the Corona virus everything in SA just went up in prices and you are sitting with our only hope to bring life to our families. Is this right?

please make it public and tell everyone in south africa the reason why you don't want SAPO employees to access they two pot savings. because we are just sitting in the dark and it is enough.

Please note that I am going to write this everyday until you answer my questions and sign those documents.

SAPO management and Sanlam says that you are the one who is standing between SAPO employees and their financial freedom and stability.
