Good day Minister

I hope you are well. My name is Monique Grootboom and I graduated as a social worker on 14 December 2019. I have applied for new social work registration with the SACSSP council in January of this year. I have paid the registration fees and posted the necessary documents to Pretoria. However, up until now I have had no success in getting feedback regarding my registration. I have send countless emails to various email addresses yet to no avail. I have called on various occasions where I have been told I will be contacted and other times no one answered the phone. I am unemployed, I have not yet gotten a job. Therefore I do not have data or airtime to continually call to Pretoria or to send emails. I live in Cape Town. I am very frustrated. Please help.
