To whom it may concern.

I would like to bring to your attention that SACE offices are still closed, even now during Lockdown stage 2. Online method of processing new applications and renewals has been introduced but bears no fruits as most teachers, including me, are still waiting for their certificates. I, for one, have sent through every required documents but still there is not reply or even acknowledgement of the email.

What is more devastating is that most prospective teachers are not hired as they do not have the SACE Certificate and worst of all other teachers are losing their jobs as they do have valid SACE Certificates. This is really not fair for teachers who want to make different in our schools and societies. With unemployment figures increasing, SACE, cannot afford to contribute to the figures.

I now humbly appeal to anyone who can share any valid reason as to why the SACE offices are still closed though schools are open.
