Good Afternoon. I applied for a new passport on March 10 2025 at the SA Embassy in Windhoek Namibia. I could not travel back to SA to renew as I had a premature birth this side. Since applying and paying R1200 the embassy keeps telling me SA has the documents. I confirmed with an home affairs office that the embassy never applied for my new passport. My passport has since lapsed and I can't even apply for my newborn for a passport this side so that we can travel back to SA for family weddings and funerals. Nobody on Home Affairs website replies to their emails. Please can someone assist me. I live 4 hours from embassy and it's difficult travelling with a child and newborn back and forth. The embassy telephone numbers and emails does not work either.
