Honourable Minister we plead for your intervention to arrest the "Rolex Gang" roaming around, Airports, Sandton, Mall of Africa, Hyde Park and Melrose Arch e.t.c

It is with greatest regret that we cannot enjoy the valuables that we work hard for and love.

My partner was robbed of his rolex watch and 3 iphones (iphones were later found broken as the suspects threw them out of the moving car as they realized that they were locked and find my iphone activated) at gun point. During the incident he was with two of his friends. Three of them had iphones on them.

The security at the Morning Side residential complex did not open the boom gate, he waited for the car that pull off behind them to finish robing them. So the robbery happened right in front of the security (in the presence of a security guard) gate, he only opened the gate after the incident.

A case was opened at the Sandton police station. The police later called alleging to have made a arrest of one of the suspects who informed them that two of his accomplices got into a public taxi and left with the rolex watch. He confirmed that he knows the other two suspects as they are his friends but the police did nothing to arrest the other two.

We do not know what happened to the one suspect that was arrested.

We have so many questions and no answers.
