I am working for the embassy of Swaziland in Pretoria and would like your interventions in the matter of the embassador who has no remorse or respect towards her employees
I'm a driver at the embassy and I'm the only one who's not afraid to express how we're being treated at the embassy because others are always being threatened that they will be dismissed....the embassador is rude,abusive and bully....I've started working at the embassy in January until now but ever since then life has been very unpleasant in the embassy.I once was given a task to take her to the airport and I was about 10 minutes later than the time we both agreed upon an when I got to her residence she just started swearing at me and insulted me by saying that I was stuck between my wife's legs that's why I was late....that made me feel very belittled and disrespected as I am a family man and a father and I have never heard such words ever since..,..she once asked me to take her to a spa in Brooklyn to do her nails and so I did and I knew Brooklyn but didn't know where the shop was and she started screaming at me saying I was useless and I became very distracted by her shouts that I scratched the car's rim even after that she insulted me and made me sign a letter under duress stating that I will pay for the car .... there's an instant where she ordered me and another driver to go to Menlyn to pick up her car and upon arrival at the embassy we found the gate open so the guy in front entered and when I follow when I was halfway in the yard the gate stated to close and it hit the car on its side at the back....again I was made to sign for something I didn't do because the security guards are the ones opening and closing the gate ....so when I asked the security guard he replied by saying he didn't notice he was fastening his shoe laces and accidentally pressed the remote buttons and the gates closed....week before last on a Sunday I saw group chat created by her PA so I politely asked what did we do...the PA also politely answered me by saying that the embassador asked her to do it then I kind responded by saying: okay noted and thanks then after a couple of minutes the embassador on that very same platform said that I talk too much and I have a big mouth and told me that she didn't want any of my nonsensical remarks.....so I decided to answer her on the very same platform by telling her that she's a bully and an abuser and that I am not afraid to tell her because other workers were afraid to tell her and I said to her if I'm not needed at the embassy she should not hesitate to write me a dismissal letter so she called me in for a hearing that next day and she told me that yes she dismisses me but she's giving me another three months to work so that I can pay for the damages on the car and of which the car already had damages but didn't tell the previous driver to pay for the damages I wonder what kind of person this woman is .
I would kindly like your interventions in this matter because she's not even afraid to do this in my own country and she would say that she's not afraid of anything she has diplomatic immunities .
