Minister, we have no way to access Sifonondile A/A . The bridge at Cala Reserve has been washed away and broken down. We then decided to go all the way via Mceula to Lower Cala but even the bridge at Lower Cala has been broken down. Now we have to use the road that goes to Ida farms to Elliot, then to Cala town.
