How come we see on the news police trying to retrive looted goods but the looters are set free and not being arrested? Is this not promoting crime in the country? But if people go the beach they get arrested.ANC is allowing looters to roam free why is it? In future if we steal then all we have to do is give it back then we dont go to jail? Because that's the message we are getting from this.
