As a Plaintiff in a high court medical negligence/malpractice case which has been botched by legal representatives who withheld documents and information from the experts and advocates, and refused to amend the particulars of claim and request the mandatory not provided to resolve this matter . The pre-trial conference was postponed sine die in April 2022 to obtain legal representation. To date, no Attorney with medical negligence approached are willing to amend the self-evident particulars of claim and proceed with the pretrial process.
