Dear sir/madam

we applied for house in 1999 and we were approved by dept. of housing in east london in 2002. We were about to receive the keys of our house at the offices of that housing offices and our house was ERF 0H8 .We couldn't receive the keys on the day it was set to receive the keys .up until today we are still leaving in poor conditions of the duncan village in a shack.after several times we were visiting the offices of OWN HAVEN to find out what is going on with our house ,the lady was supposed to help us was always not there and someone in that office advise to write a letter stating that we don't want the house anymore ,we refuse. after we refuse then the manager wrote us a letter that says we are not on their beneficiary list .After the letter we tried to apply again for RDP house ,we've got an answer that say WE ARE ALREADY APPROVED FOR ERF OH8 in haven hills
