First of all, congratulations on your appointment as honourable minister.

I am an SA citizen (naturalized). My wife is a foreigner. We have two children, both SA citizens, both of whom were born here in Cape Town, SA. I'm writing in complete desperation to ask for your kind help in reviving my wife's PR application. She has been in SA since 2011, and has been on multiple temporary permits.

Unfortunately, her PR application submitted in 2016 is still pending after all these years. We have tried everything, all to no avail. We are desperate.
