I have raised this concern since i am in the food industry ie take away food, sit down meals and foot delivery within immediate vicinity.
Agree with regulation:
-will suite franchise stores
-advantage to restaurants that do not normally offer delivery to explore a new avenue to attract business.
-Uber eats,Mr Delivery etc will benefit.

Disagree
-small of franchise food outlets will suffer.
-Staff will lose jobs
-Busineses will incur loses since food will already be prepaired or precooked and will go to waste with limited deliveries....why not sell to a walking customer from immediate vicinity.
-Why have a third party handle food to be delivered.
-Customers prefer to fetch their food making certain of hygiene and handling .
-Limit number of customers per sq meter of customer area
ThankYou
