Please can you assist with this query.

When will it be passed into law that South African born citizens who have obtained or who are entitled to dual citizenship from a parent who was born out of SA , do not need retention letters?

Many are unaware that retention letters are needed and have been told that they are no longer South African. This is unfair.

We know the Constutional Court has deemed this unfair. How many years does it take for a law to be passed?
