I need attention you and parliament of South Africa, Minister of Finance and Minister of DTI, regarding my idea for Restructuring of Debt of Debtors in South Africa. Millions of South Africa are blacklisted that affect to functioning of government.
The IMF and World Bank has been motivating countries that are sicking in debts to Restructure their Debts so that they can recover from Debts and avoid been down graded by rating agency. Standard and Poor in 2019 has supported my idea without a presentation like I've been doing to the DTI, NCR, Credit Bureau and many other organisation's that I was seeking help from.
The DTI is very quite even after more than three times presentation done to them.
