I've got an idea that will help the country from maintaining a distance between Rating Agency. The IMF and World Bank has been motivating countries that are sicking in debts to Restructure their debts so that they can recover from poverty, unemployment and inequality. This idea has been drumming my mind since 2000, when I discovered, the DTI officials, NCR, Banking Association and many other organizations knows about me and idea. This idea will help people of South Africa to recover from debt and the country's itself. I need attention of the Minister of Finance, Minister of the DTI and office of the President to talk to them regarding my idea. Standard and Poor got my proposal that I once sent to the DTI but they were impressed without having me doing presentation to them. The idea is very effective on disastrous like Covid_19, too much unemployment and poverty in a country.

Please help me to make your job easily of dealing with people of South Africa. Many people in a country are blacklisted and that affect the functioning of the National Government in South Africa.

My idea is divided into three phase:
Phase 1, Amend National Credit Act
Phase 2, Restructure the Debt of Debtors in South Africa
Phase 3, Monitor the System

To implement all this phases I would need approval from Parliament of South Africa 🇿🇦 because they are huge financial involved in this matter that's need attention of Department of Finance. Credit grantors needs their money owed by consumers.
