Dear mama

Good morning mam,I hope you are well. Sincere apologies for emailing at this hour


I come to you with a heavy heart that needs to be listened to and helped,I saw that the I've been crying people help but they are doing nothing. I am the granddaughter of two lovely humans that are still walking this earth, I am my mother's daughter.


My complains are that in my residential area of school inside school premises:

1. In res we have only three showers working and bare in mind there is 12 showers here because it's a triple story building

2. We wash by hand which is a problem now that the weather has decided to let go of all the emotions it has been holding for January being rough on us as humans. 

3. We have been requesting for wifi because we all gather at a specific window to get out work done and sometimes you know we have to call the families also to check the internet once or twice a day.

4. We cook for ourselves I guess that is not really a complain 

5. i) In this triple story building we all bath at the third floor because the first floor has no shower heads and one shower room has leaking pipe. 

ii) the second floor gester is not working meaning that it can't produce hot water

iv) only the shower to the short left works even though sometimes the water leaks.


I kindly ask you to please help us we are the future of tomorrow and tomorrow is never far, we are really struggling in this res, instead of things to easy for us at res we actually stress that hey I need to wash or I need to bath or I need the hot water remembering all this ke stress, apologizes for my language.
