Our revolutionary greetings are extended* to you Leader. We as the youth of ward 24 @ Ulundi specifically at Hlophekhulu we decided to write this letter to you because we have many challenges faced by us as community members.

We are from deep rural areas under the city of Ulundi namely Hlophekhulu whereby in our community there’s no development and sustainability and this is been for years. There’s no water in this place our parents are sharing water with cattle. There’s no clinic around, previously our parents build a 2 rooms with mud that the mobile clinic used to visit maybe once after two or three months.. The ward councilor didn’t do any thing to support the community instead the room fall down since it wasn’t a proper shelter. This hurts us the most because we are voting.
RDP houses all over the world but in our community there are none. There’s no network coverage in our area, we had wrote a letter to Ulundi Municipality two years ago but we didn’t get any response currently we had a challenge due to network on conducting online learning we are registered in academic institutions . We are trying to develop our community since we open a Non Profitable Organization namely Mbusozayo Youth Organization, the organization helps matriculants to apply in different universities around KZN via CAO and also do NSFAS applications for them.
There’s a place called eZikhumbeni here in ward 24, there’s no electricity ever since I was born, there no clean water. They only get water in Mfolozi River this is water is not purified it causes diseases but this people always vote.
Leader we then came up with a decision of that we should start EFF branch we beg for your support, guidance and direction we as the youth of ward 24 Ulundi now our main goal is to develop our community but to do so we need to win ward 24 since we have masses from the youth then the organization will then grow all over Ulundi. We promise we’ll sacrifice with everything to do this but that to succeed we need support, guidance and direction from our organization EFF.
