Good day Mr Nxesi

I lost my job in October 2018. And submitted my UIF claim forms in November 2018 at the Durban offices and later via email. I have made various attempts to follow up to no avail. I then went to the labour offices in cape town today and was advised that my application has never been submitted. I am still unemployed and my contributions were uptodate.

Please provide a way forward..
