1. Complain about Eskom.
2. Eskom Reference number 805130049 to downgrade my supply from 60amps to 20amps.
2.1. Eskom still refuse to downgrade my supply from 60amps to 20amps.

4. Eskom is discriminating, Unfairly treatment and disadvantages against me.

5.1. Request for damages to my mental health cause by Eskom discrimination, unfair treatment and disadvantages against me. (R200. 000). Request for future damage for pain and suffering (R200. 000). I want to kill myself, I don’t sleep at night, I am depressed.

8.3. Eskom employees have 7 to 12 family members and they use 20amps (I am asking for equal rights)
8.4. I stay with 4 people and I am not allowed to use 20amps. (I am asking for equal rights)
8.5. Per month I make R2500, I am not allowed for free electricity (I am asking for equal rights)
8.6. I own 1 property and I live in that property. This is my home
8.7. Why do we have separate law for same citizens? (APARTHEID GOVERNMENT NATIONAL PARTY) HAD SEPARATE LAWS FOR WHITE AND BLACK PEOPLE)
8.8. Before 1994 black people have die and went prison for equality. (I am asking to be treated like other South African citizens)
8.9. 20amps can’t power 2 geysers of 16 amps or power more 20amps and I am happy with that limit because I don’t want to power more than 20amps.
9. CHAPTER 10 PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION Section 195 Paragraph (d) Services must be provided impartially, fairly, equitably and without bias. (Violation of my constitutional rights)
10. Section 25 Property, Subsection (1) No one may be deprived of property except in terms of law of general application, And no law may permit arbitrary deprivation of property.
10.1. Eskom want to deprived me property (Violation of my constitutional rights)
11. Section 13 Slavery, servitude and forced labour. No one may be subjected to slavery, servitude or forced labour.
