My name is Sonwabo Mlungu, and I am from the Eastern Cape. I have previously written to you and made several calls regarding my innovation: a smart and portable weigh bridge. I am reaching out again in an effort to capture your attention on this matter.

I am unsure whether gaining your attention requires political affiliation or monetary incentive. If bribery is necessary, I must be honest and say that I do not possess such funds. If political affiliation is the key, this strikes me as deeply unfair to those of us at grassroots level. I express these frustrations because it appears that the voices and contributions of ordinary people are often overlooked, while only those with connections are taken seriously.
