Good afternoon Dr. Schreiber,
I am writing to humbly seek your assistance with a matter of great personal significance. In June of last year, I reached out to the former Minister of Home Affairs regarding my ongoing efforts to change my name and surname, a process I initiated in 2016. Despite following all prescribed procedures and submitting all required documents, my application was unfortunately denied.
In my previous correspondence, I explained my situation in detail and provided all necessary documentation, including written permission from the individual whose surname I wish to assume. Despite my best efforts, I have been unable to achieve a resolution.
Given the importance of this matter to me and my inability to resolve it through other channels, I respectfully request the opportunity to present my case to you personally. I believe that a direct dialogue might facilitate a clearer understanding of my circumstances and expedite the resolution process.
I assure you that I will make every effort to use your time judiciously and am prepared to provide any additional documentation you might require to support my request.
I deeply appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your response.
