In June of last year, I reached out to the former Minister of Home Affairs regarding my ongoing efforts to change my name and surname, a process I initiated in 2016. Despite following all prescribed procedures and submitting all required documents, my application was unfortunately denied.

In my previous correspondence, I explained my situation in detail and provided all necessary documentation, including written permission from the individual whose surname I wish to assume. Despite my best efforts, I have been unable to achieve a resolution.
