Dear MMC for Development planning in the city of Joburg and all relevant authorities, I saw your article dated 26/07/2022 on joburg.org.za website where you encouraged the members of the public to report any illegal developments or planning not approved by the Municipality.


I would love to report unanimously buildings erupted At a Residential ERF 1547 Commercia ext 34 ,street address :Theresa 1547,a township well known as Mayibuye community under (Region A Midrand) , which is turned into a night club used for prostitution and other illegal business unit where they produce consumer products not regulated or examined by relevant officials, and they sell expired Goods to our communities , the buildings erupted are without municipality approval ,the property is owned by a Pakistani national who recently bought the property and turned it into a business unit, he filled the whole yard with shops run by undocumented foreigners


I'm reporting this as a concerned member of the community who dreams of a safe township and community clean of illegal activities that could get worse leading to human trafficking, Or a drug hub.


Hope this email will reach the relevant departments who will be willing to assist and send inspectors to check the place reported before we start loosing our young black south African women who will be victimized at this land
