We are working for a company named Almar investments in Rustenburg (NW), we would like to report and ask for help with regards to the way the company is treating us (employees) In the year 2020 the company just decided not to pay us as we were on lockdown but decided to loan employees some money while we expected to get covid 19 ters, now they have unlawfully expelled 36 employees for trying to engage with them to increase the bonus, they are now taking people's anual leave days, this company does not comply at all, there are many more things that we would like to be assisted with, there is a lot of corruption and exploitation here and employees are suffering so much (Almar and Glencore)...
