i am offended by the laws surrounding a tenants Rights versus a property owners Rights
in the event of a lease going sour the tenant has the advantage to negate the Lease/Lawyers Letter and the Sheriff of the courts legal status and bounce onto illegal eviction status consuming Utilities and Rent free occupation you know the process that follows (sucking the life out of the owners lifeline)
the owner lands on go to jail for various reasons
it is Gov Mandate to provide housing hence the cost of loss should be compensated for
as the case of taxable income + Vat is consumed by Gov as well as the Mandate to provide the consumed utilities
my request for a Review of the Legal Binding position of a tenant in a lease agreement
should this not be your Forte could you pls escalate it to the relevant Dept
