Dear Minister,

Trust you are well - this is a sad story with DHA - This is a copy of the email that has been send to the Provincial Manager Almien Vanderberg and she forwarde it to others and not reponse other than Mandla from the Paarl with an attitude when he calls.

This really saddens me, yesterday after i sent my email and I cc'd the DHA Ministerial on the email at 09h47 I got a call from Mandla from the Paarl office - is this because I cc'd the Minister on the email.

When Mandla called he sounded very irate to call me back and his voice tone you could hear this. I advised him that since the 24th April when he spoke to us at the Paarl outside on the curve of the road not even in the branch offices - he was very quick to give his cell phone number to us and others that had issues with the branch - it has been very hard to get hold of him if you were lucky via the immigrations officer then you held on for ever and informed he would call back but none of this occurred.

Now yesterday when I was talking to him I advised him that Jamela from DHA HQ in Pretoria gave me permission to give her cell number to him for him to call her to obtain the dispatches contact details to obtain the tracker number for the box were the 2 passports are in he stated as follows ans gave a hard sigh and said I am not sure why HQ does this! He was very impatient with me and gave me the impression that the wanted to get me of the phone.
once again I need to cancel my appointment at the US Embassy and lose funds again as this is not refundable - and for a pensioner that does not even qualify for SASSA this is sad that the DHA does not care, but was I a foreigner or paid a bribe I am sure I would have had this in my hans withine 2 weeks and not going into week 5 with nothing.
This is shocking to say the least - family members of ours that came in on the same day with us and applied for their renewals and a new passport got theirs within 3 weeks and we are still waiting.

So please explain to me what more I need to do to get this????? Is it too much effort from a DHA staff member to give dispatch a call and get the tracker number and follow up with Skynet? for Mandla speaks his first words are that Skynet has not delivered the box - how does he know what box? this is in!!!!!

I do hope that this will be seen too any help would be appreciated .
