I am reaching out to you out of sheer desperation.

I applied for my passport renewal on 20th January, and today marks 110 days since then. I am still awaiting its issuance.

I visited Cresta Home Affairs on Friday to follow up, but I was told they would log my query in the book and that I should return in four weeks. However, they mentioned they are still busy processing queries for 2024.

I urgently need to travel overseas, but I am unable to do so until this matter is resolved.

Additionally, I waited more than four months for my Smart ID.

I would greatly appreciate your guidance on what steps I need to take to resolve this issue.
