I KNOW ITS NOT ETHICAL FOR ME TO EMAIL YOU BUT REALLY I NEED YOUR HELP AND AUTHORITY OVER THIS MATTER.
Sir I do understand the backlog at home affairs but I have no choice but to bring this to your attention.

I have e mailed / called virtually your whole department, some times waiting for more than an hour to get through, but it's of no help, all they say i should wait or call back

Please help, I need you humbly to intervene.

I have applied for my renewal on the 26th of September 2024 through VFS in Durban for the extension of my Relative visa for South Africa for myself and my Son, but still have no feedback, only my son's visa was approved.

My visa has now expired on 29 November 2024.

I need to leave to India asap to visit my family for Christmas, and come back next year for my children school in SA..How am i supposed to go without getting my renewal ?because i need to return by January 2025 because my children school in SA,

My ref number is TRR4289388.

Can you help please, this is destroying my family life so much an uneasy emotion feelings with all my family abroad and within the republic.

Once again I say I humbly appeal Sir.
