I am a 79 year old pensioner in Springs, Ekhuruleni. When I went to change my old ID book to a card I was sent to Delmas where I as told that I couldn't have a card because I'm a naturalized citizen. It took several trips to Delmas to finally get my new ID book, but I would like to know why the Delmas staff insisted I pay for a new photo when I presented them with 2 pictures taken by your Springs office, and why Springs couldn't issue me with a card instead of putting me to all this additional expense and trouble.
