It's with great concern that I bring to your attention incidents currently happening at the department of home affairs here in Moore Road, Durban refugee centre.
As a shadow minister of home affaires, I wish that you may look at the incidents. Congolese asylum seekers visiting the mentioned centre to renew their permits some get arrested without proper or clear explaination. Detained in police custody and some to Westville prison. So far the causes are unknown and the allegation is that they will be deported.
