Good afternoon Dear Minister Leon.
I am here to ask for assistance with regards of my Refugee status of almost 20 years to be renewed.
I am a women originally from DRC who have been leaving in south Africa since 1999,i will say this is my second home. I have been denied of a permanent residence since 2007 how ever my status was always renewed and up to date .But since 02 July 2025 i have been trying to renew my status on Ligne and physically i went to the refugee H.A in Epping, up to date my status has not been renewed my Job is on the ligne, my bank account has been restricted cant pay rent .My job is really on the ligne ,as a single mother i come to you for help.
