Dear Minister Bheki Cele. This communicare is in connection to recruitment in the police department. I need some help as I have organised unemployed youth in my are. However I am looking forward to send proposal to you, seeking your intervention. In my area youth apply for training but most are unsuccessful. I am talking about vulnerable kids who dont have chance for licence but mostly the advert mentioned drivers licence. Will they ever be recognised as some of them already over age.
