Dear Mr Minister

When are the old records going to be digitized, i have been trying for over 30 years now to find my Fathers Birth and Death Certificates, the only record I have are my Birth and His Marriage certificate with the old 9 digit ID no. Your department says they cannot assist as there is no 13 digit ID no. this I find unnacceptable. These records should have been digitised, this is part of our lives.

I provided details I have to your department and was told somebody was sent to the Arhives to retrieve the record, that was 2 weeks ago I asked for feedback and non has been forthcoming we are unable to contact you directly so we don't know if we are being taken seriously

Please could you urgenly look into this, would be good to find out if I have any half siblings, I am really appealing in the name of Humanity.
