My name is Alpheus Rapholo from Bochum limpopo,I need to set an appointment for a meeting with deputy minister. I’m a young farmer who’s been winning awards from the agriculture dept in Limpopo.Helping them organizing farmers day and i always willing to help out whenever they need help, but my government don’t want to help me how can I grow when I’m struggling and no one what’s to help me and my village.My wall is full of Certificates from the government but for what I keep asking myself ??
